Service Description

Capture precious moments of your little one! Our kid sessions are thoughtfully crafted to bring out the best in your child’s personality, while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Package includes:

  • Up to two (2) looks
  • Four (4) high-end edited images
  • All unedited images
  • Pose directing
  • In Studio or On Location (Travel fees may apply)
  • Concepts NOT included

ADD-ONS

  • Additional Look ($50 per look. Two additional edited images per additional look)
  • Additional Edited Image ($15 per edit)
  • Additional Shoot/Prep Time ($65/30 min)
  • Set Design/Installation (Rates may vary)
  • Graphic Designing ($15 per image)

Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. This rate may increase if additional materials are needed to prepare for your session (decor, props, etc). Final balances are due at the end of your session.

Lateness & Preparation

Clients are required to arrive to session “shoot ready.” All hair, makeup, outfits, etc should be prepared prior to arriving. Additionally, please preplan your commute. If a client is late or spends excessive time prepping, we will shoot for the remaining time in your session unless additional time is booked.

Cancellations

Clients are allowed a 72 hour window to cancel or reschedule a session. If a session is cancelled 72 hrs or more in advance, all money (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are refunded. If a session is cancelled under 72 hrs, all monies are forfeited. “No Show” cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Clients are allowed seven (7) days to reschedule a shoot from the date of notice. New dates must be rescheduled within 30 days of the date of notice.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the initial request.

Turnaround

Clients are allowed seven (7) days to select the images to be edited. Photos are edited within 5–7 business days. Failure to request edits within seven (7) days will result in a forfeit of images being edited. All unedited images will be available for download for 30 days. Thereafter, all images will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

Travel Fees

Distances outside of a 30 mi radius may be subject to a travel fee. All out-of-state bookings are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Client is responsible for covering travel and lodging expenses (if applicable).

Liability

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
